Trouble?

A chapter will not load. If a chapter is stuck for more than fifteen seconds, refresh the page. Your place in the story is saved against your account, not the tab, so nothing is lost.

The Listen pill is not working. Some browsers block audio until you have tapped something on the page. Tap the pill once more, or tap anywhere on the page first, then try again.

I never got my magic link. Check your spam folder first. If it is not there within a minute, request a new one — the previous link is harmless, and the newest one is the one that works. Magic links expire thirty minutes after they are sent.

My credits did not arrive after a purchase. Stripe receipts arrive within a minute or two; the credits land on your account at the same time. If you have a Stripe receipt but no credits, write to us with the receipt and we will reconcile it by hand.

The site looks broken. Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows). If that does not fix it, write to us with your browser and what you were doing.
