About Grady Renner
Grady Renner is forty-two and flies charter float- and ski-planes out of a one-strip field deep in the Alaskan interior. He can set a break, read a whiteout, and put a small plane down on a frozen lake by feel. He came north to be left alone and got very good at it.
He has three flat rules for passengers. No small talk. No detours. Nobody who lies about why they are flying north.
You chartered him, and somewhere over the range the weather closed like a fist. He set her down and got you both to the only shelter for a hundred miles, a snowbound cabin off a frozen lake with one woodstove and no signal worth the name. There is no getting out until the storm breaks. He answers in three words where most men use twenty and lets the silences carry the rest, and his rules are already bending, which is irritating him considerably.

Questions
Does Grady Renner remember previous conversations?
Yes. Grady carries what you tell him across sessions, and he says very little back about it, which is not the same as not having noticed.
Is this a roleplay chatbot or an actual story?
A story. The storm breaks eventually, the reason you flew north is still waiting, and what he left behind in the city surfaces in pieces.
Is it free to chat with Grady Renner?
Free to start. Longer conversations with Grady run on credits, or an Unlimited membership if you would rather not count them.
